Meet Holli
Hi. I’m Holli Cipowski & I’ve been making people smile for as long as I can remember. I received my first camera when I was 8 years old. I completely loved posing my family & friends for pictures and that love has continued throughout my life.
Growing up, I was always taking pictures. Through high school I took vocational classes to learn photography & about the dark room. My first job was at a photography studio editing pictures the old fashion way… using oil based colored pencils! I continued photography courses throughout my college years. I never stopped practicing my skills and took every opportunity I could to learn & work with other photographers.
Originally from Illinois, I started Holli’s Photography and spent years scheduling photo shootsI I enjoyed it all… new babies, school pictures, engagements, weddings, golf outings, and many more events! We then moved here to Arizona in 2016. In 2018 I officially started HK Photography. I have recently revamped it to HK Photo Smiles. Since I love taking pictures and seeing those smiles, I felt “smiles” had to be part of my brand. Since starting my photography here, I’ve realized that I enjoy working with smaller groups. It gives me a chance to get to know my clients and really work with them to get their personality to shine through in my photos. That's what I love to see!
In my spare time I enjoy watching my 18 year old son perform with his heavy metal band at venues all around Arizona. I love to laugh so, of course, live comedy is a favorite of mine and I love the outdoors. I really enjoy meeting new people, sharing a smile & making others smile. That is why I am truly blessed to have a career that is my passion too.
I am a proud member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA). I am also a member of the Chandler Business Alliance (CBA) and love supporting other local small businesses & charities.
